How-To
I was thinking about producing some of my own how-to videos for home brewing, but I have found so many excellent videos on YouTube that I may not do them myself. I'll post the good ones that I have found here and I may replace some of them with my own at some point in the future if I run into a bunch of free time... I am in the process of writing some tutorials on home brewing, and they are listed below as well...

Great Stuff I have found on YouTube:
Building your own Immersion Chiller
Video by BobbyFromNJ
** Note: When using an immersion chiller to cool your wort, it's a good idea to go ahead and soak it in a sanitizing solution and rinse it off well before you put it in the wort. Introducing infections to your wort are very unlikely while it is near boiling point, but you can't be too careful. One of the people who taught me how to home brew would put his chiller in the wort for the last 10 minutes or so of the boil to sterilize it without sanitizing it first. The heat from the wort should do the job, but I don't think you can be too careful :) Your chiller should, at least, be rinsed free of any debris that it might have picked up from sitting on the ground or floor while waiting to be used.
The Auto-Siphon
Video by Austin Homebrew Supply
After watching this video, I decided to purchase one of these. The Auto-Siphon is made by FermTech. I haven't had a chance to try it yet (as of 1/8/09) but I intend to experiment with it before I actually use it for transferring liquids. This video is an excellent demonstration showing how it works. This siphon comes in two sizes, and I purchased the larger of the two. It comes in 1/2" and 3/8" sizes. I decided to get the larger of the two because it will transfer the liquid a little faster. The cost is about $15. Another interesting item to consider is that the center tube is removable and can be used as a racking cane if you still need a racking cane after you purchase the auto-siphon...
All-Grain Brewing Demonstration
I ran across this series of 8 videos on YouTube that demonstrates all-grain brewing very nicely. I have never tried all-grain brewing, but it's something that I might like to experiment with in the future. These videos are by chrisknight000 on YouTube...

Cheap and Easy Mash Tun
This video on YouTube by jelson98 shows an interesting and inexpensive way to build a mash tun for all grain brewing. Be sure to check out the next video as well for a more advanced home-made mash tun...
How to Make a Mash Tun
This 2-video set by kebrown1980 on YouTube shows how to make a nicer mash tun than the one above, but the cost is significantly higher... This is the basic route I'm taking to build my mash tun. Hopefully I'll have mine finished before too long.
