Guinness is far from a microbrew, but it really is an example of what all beer should be like. The Guinness Draught in cans and bottles has a nitrogen capsule that pops open when you pop the top that creates a head with excellent retention. This particular beer is designed to be enjoyed from the bottle rather than a glass, but I'm a fan of the glass. The aroma is part of the beer experience, and you don't get that as much when drinking from a bottle.
