Welcome to Brews and Blues!

This website/blog is my personal project to share my love of good beer and smokin' blues music.  I used to be an avid home brewer, and due to some circumstances beyond my control, I had to give it up for a while.  One of the reasons that I'm putting this website together is because I'm getting ready to get back into home brewing once again.  After 8 or 9 years away from it, I'm excited about crafting my own brews once again. 

As I brew my own beers, I'll be posting photos and recipes here along with other relevant information on the brewing processes.  I'll also be including a section on cooking with beer where I'll post various recipes I have tried that include beer as an ingredient.  I also intend to post articles on various beers that I drink as I get the opportunity to sample various beers from around the country and the world. 

Other posts to this site will include reviews of some smokin' blues music...
