There is soo much info, too much for a newbie. I was wondering if you could tell me the difference b/w cider and apfelwein? Are they the same thing w/ different names. I am trying to decide what to try, I was thinking about (1Gal) EdWorts Apfelwein or the Southern Sweet Cider and now that I am here, CiderBock. Do you think the Southern Sweet and Ciderbock are similar in taste/sweetness? Any suggestions for a newbie???
